At Drrip90, exchanges and returns are smooth and hassle-free.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at adaidrip.90@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
To maintain hygiene standards, all exchanges will go through a quality check by our team and will be approved or declined accordingly.
We reserve the right not to accept a return if:
The product(s) are returned after use (tags removed, foul smell, stains).
The product(s) are damaged.
Once the exchange is confirmed, we will share a pickup label which the customer must attach to the return package and hand over to the delivery personnel.
After we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 2–5 business days.
If you have received a defective product, please share clear images at exchange@adaidrip.90@gmail.com.
Note: Exchange can be done only once for the same product and size.
Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that your desired size will be in stock.
If the required size is not available, we will issue a store credit, valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
