Return & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchange
You must place a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, your exchange will be processed.
✅ Exchange will be delivered within 4–5 working days once we receive the request and the returned product.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if the product is unavailable or the return request is approved after inspection.
If any refund is approved, the credit will be initiated within 10 days.
✅ Refunds will be provided as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used or washed products
Items without original tags or packaging
Customized or personalized products
Products purchased during clearance or sale
